Look, I haven't gotten my ring yet, and I bet I'll love it. It's just that it's a birthday present, and it was ordered a month ago. Now they're telling me that I'll be another 3-4 weeks before they'll be able to ship it out.

That's just unacceptable. I'd cancel my order, but the other jewelers admitted upfront that it was a special order, would cost more, and would take 6 weeks to ship.

The Amazon customer service rep I talked to really tried to be helpful...but all he could do was tell me as nicely as possible that I'm out of luck. Not cool, Amazon!

The ring is beautiful but small. Perfect to use as a wedding band. Fits with just about any ring design. It is worth the money.
