They work very well. Just make sure you don't have to repeat the same letter in one word. If 3 or 4 of the Same letter are in one word, you have to stop, etch what you have, and then continue when you have the letter cleaned and available again. Also, keep the letters as close to each other as possible or you wind up with a faint line where the letters had the space between them.

No problems here...you can use these over and over and over and over...you get the point. Just be careful when removing that you have a sink stopper in the drain or you might lose one or two when rinsing them clean!

These little guys are great for the glass etching. Slightly sticky so it wont move, but a little stretchy so be careful removing it. You don't want to warp the shape in case you need to do more than just one or two.

I have used Armour etch Over N Over stencils for a long time. I buy glasses, vases, etc at flea markets and yard sales. Etch them with a friend's initials and put cookies or candy, etc in it to give as a gift or favor.
