This is being used to help heal my husband who has had open heart surgery. It brings him relief when a few drops are rubbed over his heart and on his back right behind his heart, and also on pulse points. If you know about EOs and how to use them, you will be very pleased with this oil. The Young Living brand is one of the two we purchase as it is considerably higher quality than most of the EOs available. However, if you are purchasing this as a fragrance, you may not find it particularly pleasant as it is essentially a therapeutic oil. There are much better YL choices for aromatherapy.
