This camera has been an all around great camera. The pictures are top notch, clear and vivid color. This is a very user friendly camera. It would be great for a beginner since it is so easy to use. The video and the sound have been wonderful. I also like the smaller size of this while on vacation to carry around in my purse or pocket. Highly recommend.
