I love how portable this is. I'm pregnant and get lower back pain often. I keep one at work and one at home. In just minutes I have heated relief. It's nice. I'm also currently stationed overseas and it's nice not to have to worry about what voltage my heating pad is.

I needed a new one, and received one for Christmas. I am not sure yet how to get it as hot as I want, I just keep putting it back in the microwave, over and over.

I feel it does not hold the heat as well as my old one, so I am a little disappointed.
