I have listened to this MP3 on the way to golf courses numerous times and it really helps focus me in a positive way to play my best. I have probably heard it 20+ times now, and although I know it well, it still works. I always play better having listened on the way to the course (longer drives mainly) than when I don't. There are many many helpful suggestions, for me, a veteran player, execution tips really don't help me anymore. The mental side of the game is the real game of golf for me, and that is what this book has in spades. Highly recommended for any player with some open mind and an interest in Zen philosophy.
