do NOT buy this! I had one shipped from the manufacturer and it arrived DOA. the online retailer refunded my $$ and said this:

"Bunn had to pull every single My Cafe brewer out of stock, both the new and remanufactured units, because they discovered a defective part in them. He told me, it will probably be sometime in May at the very soonest before the My Cafe brewers are available again. I'm thinking they may have to recall the units which may be in stores throughout the country too because they've certainly got the same defective part in them too. "
