Installation for me was a little tricky, only because of the location where I needed to mount the mirror. I had to fabricate a wall bracket from parts obtained at a hardware store. After bolting the fabricated bracket to the wall, I was then able to use the mounting bracket which was in the box, supplied by the manufacturer.

Was looking for a security mirror for my office door so I could see people entering our suite. I couldn't find any with a magnetic backing to attach to my metal office door. Bought this one, took off the attached mounting bracket, and affixed some super-heavy-duty velcro to my door and to the back of the mirror. PERFECT. I can clearly see anyone who enters our office suite, and didn't have to drill any holes in the door or a wall to mount this.

I have a hydraulic lift in my garage. While it is easy to drive most cars onto the lift, some of my very narrow wheelbase vintage cars present a challenge straddling the center opening between the rails. They fit but I was concerned that I would veer into the center section. This mirror allows me to view the front wheels of the cars as I drive them onto the ramp and solves this problem.

The mirror is very reflective with a great range of view. The system is nicely constructed and should last forever. The included mounting hardware made it a snap to install. This is a very good product.

I bought this security mirror for my place of business. The prices on basically similar products range from 50 to hundreds of dollars. This convex mirror in 26" size does well in small to medium sized places. My store is about 50 x 50 (the area that customers go into) and it does a good job so I can see everything otherwise obstructed by walls and selves. Remember to check if the one you are purchasing is for indoor or outdoor use, as the outdoor mirrors are much more expensive and unnecessary for indoor use. I definitely recommend this mirror and have been using it for almost a year!!!

I bought this during a sale, and I was initially pleased with it. The mirror was a good size for the price, and it seemed sturdy enough.

I wasn't as pleased with the installation process. The arm that came with the mirror was rather limiting, and I couldn't get it to move to the angle I'd needed it to have. I was eventually able to find a new spot, but more maneuverability would have helped. Still, I got it up, and it as working beautifully...at least for the first four days, when the mirror spontaneously committed suicide.

I was looking at the mirror when it cracked, and I still can't find a reason for it. It wasn't bent. There wasn't any pressure on the mirror that could have caused it to crack. Nothing hit it. It just cracked, and since I'm not a fan of falling glass, it had to come out immediately.

I still gave this two stars, since I don't know why this happened. Maybe someone else will have better luck, but at that price, I wouldn't purchase one of these again.

The simple bracket that comes with it doesn't really allow enough range of motion, but I easily found inexpensive hardware to make it work for my purposes. The mirror is clear and of excellent quality.

I bought this mirror for a new work area with lots of blind spots...couldn't see who was coming around the corner. I was able to easily take the back off this mirror to remove the adjustable arm, replace the back, and mount the mirror flat against the wall in a spot that gave me a full view of 3 hallways, an office door, a bathroom door, and 2 client room doors. I was able to see what was headed my way, and staff and clients stopped having so many collisions.

This WOULD have been a good purchase, but it cracked as it hung on the wall for no reason. I'm not sure what could have caused that. Also I would say the instructions were not terribly helpful... However, the sellers kindly gave me a refund and I would purchase from them again.
