I MUST SAY, THIS WORKS REALLY REALLY WELL. My water softerner leaked in my garage. I was not using the garage at the time and, thus, lots of water got in and STAYEd for weeks before I realized I REALLY HAD A BAD PROBLEM. which included the growth of 6 square feet of black mold on the garage wall!!! I cleaned the area by hand, and truly, it was not well done as I was ill. But, I did what I could, then sprayed with MOLD ARMOR.
Two weeks later, the leak reappeared. It was about a week before I found the problem, BUT, BECAUSE OF THE USE OF THIS RETARDANT SPRAY, I had No New Mold Growth. It worked 100% effectively: NO NEW MOLD GROWTH. with a week's exposure to water. It was great.
I have only one small complaint:
The bottle sprays well until the solution is about 7/8 used up, then it quits spraying. Being a penny pincher of sorts, I tried to open the bottle so that I could use the few remaining ounces. I used a rubber bottle opener; I used a wrench; I beat it against my concrete garage floor until the sprayer top flew off, BUT I could not get the bottle open. I have now had a pond leak in the back yard which left some sort of brown mold on the patio and the neighbor's irrigation drip system broke and leaked onto my sidewalk which caused a white mold to grow. So, I have now purchased three bottles of mold blocker from Amazon. I have had the same problem with each bottle. Perhaps the solution is so strong that the manufacturer does not want an undiluted (sprayed solution) to be used. I do not know, but losing the use of about 2 ounces per bottle is a pain!
So, I will report with gladness that the product is super strong and even knocks out black mold. But I only will award 4 stars because of the waste of the last bit of solution in the bottle.

This is one of the best cleaning products I have used. I have battled mold and mildew in our damp shower for 20 years, and this has been the most effective at keeping the shower clean. It is easy to use and is not nearly as toxic as many products I have tried.

I recently moved to florida and have alot of mold! I had tried at least 5 different products, including scrubbing bubbles and a variety of mold and mildew cleaners. Absoultely, no product matches how this product cleans off EVERYTHING. I would recommend this product to everyone.

After Cleaning your Bathroom with Armor Mold Eliminator, you spray this product on, it keeps the mold from returning for a long time, additionally, it is very versatile, you can use it on a multitude of products, even your bed linens. I would definately recommend this product.

gets rid of mold pretty nicely. spray it on and the mold starts to drip down and then you wipe it off.

Mold armor stops the mold from spreading.......slower. It doesn't completely stop mold from forming, but it definitely slows down the progression of mold. It's decent, but not amazing.
