May be too soon to report, however, after week 1 of using this product,I have seen a remarkable drop in my blood sugar readings. Was using a mulberry tea which didn't help. I'm impressed and will continue using this product!

I have type 2 diabetes. I have no insurance to go to a doctor to get a prescription for Metformin. So I did some research and found that Mulberry reduces blood sugar and is good for those with type 2 diabetes. I thought I would give it a try and bought this product.
It made no difference in my sugar levels. The magnesium in it did act as a laxative very very well. So I give it 3 stars because I am sure it is good quality Mulberry, but it just doesn't work for me for sugar levels.

I honestly don't know what type of results I am going to see with this supplement. So far, my blood sugars have not really changed but I am definitely giving it a full try.

I ordered this because I'm sensitive to caffeine and stimulants. It didn't give me energy or make me anxious. But the problem was - when I get hungry or have low blood sugar, it makes me feel sicker than normal people, and my nerves tingle a little. When I took this, I felt a deep sick hungriness like really low blood sugar, and it made my nerves tingle and twitch extra bad like they were on fire.

Bought this after watching dr oz talk about how this could help with weight loss, I thought why not, give it a try...
Didn't really notice any difference with my weight, the only thing that was weird was that I was dreaming a lot, didn't think much about it until I mentioned this to my sister who was taking it also and she said she was dreaming a lot too..
Strange , that both of us had the same problem.. I stopped taking it because I wanted to sleep better and I didn't think it was doing anything anyway and my weird dreams stopped.
May help someone else but not me ...
