Mine lasted about 6 weeks before snapping. This one was a replacement for my original which lasted about 8 months. I think the model is just defective, so I'm looking into replacing it with a different (maybe leather) handle next time.

I HAVE A FENDER BLUES DEVILLE AND AFTER THE ORIGINAL HANDLE BROKE, I'VE TRIED REPLACING IT TWICE WITH THIS HANDLE, ONLY FOR THEM BOTH TO BREAK WITHIN A WEEK: THEY CAN'T HANDLE WEIGHT!
