This adhesive started out being the greatest thing in the world. The only problem is, that only lasted for about 4 days for the application I needed it for. All I needed the tape for was to hold a small 1 ounce circular disk to my car dashboard so I could mount my GPS unit to it. Total weight of GPS and holder is 1.2 pounds, well under the 2 pound limit of the tape. But any time the weather got too cold (below 40) or too hot (above 70), the disc simply fell off of the dashboard. The tape clearly states that it works in temperatures of 0-180.

I have tried multiple times to get this to work, but it simply fails each time. Two smooth surfaces cleaned with alcohol and the strips applied as instructed, but it never holds for more than a few days. I have even tried doubling up the tap and that didn't do the trick either. Maybe I need someting that's truly permanent instead of permanent and removeable.

Still giving this a 3-star rating because it surely works fine for other small applications, but it most certainly doesn't work when temperature ranges are involved.

I saw the infomercial/commercial and thought it was a neat idea. I went on-line and ordered. I even upgraded my size of order. BANG, it charged my credit card without showing me the shipping. Shipping was just under $66 for the 3 items. YEOW! I called and tried to cancel the order and was told it could not be canceled for 48 hours! By that time, it will be posted on my credit card! I notified my credit card company and can't stop payment until it shows up. I would think it would be illegal to charge a credit card without first identifying the total amount???? BUYER BEWARE!!

I got suckered in when I saw the infomercial on tv for UGlu

I thought wow, this stuff will work for just about everything and there could be so many things I could use it on around the house or whatever...

Well, I was wrong....

I followed the directions...

Just to test it out I tried UGlu on 2 pieces of plastic...
did not hold, it was sticking but with NO EFFORT the pieces came apart.

I then tried it on my floorboards in a room... the boards were redone and thought it would be a nice way to put them back on...
But that didnt hold either.

On the infomercial you see the guy putting several different types of materials together and being able to hold it up...
brick, wood, platic, metal, iron....
I tried nothing compared to what he did on the commercial and I followed directions and it was a waste of money to me.
I did read other reviews before I purchased as well, that helped me make my decision on actually buying it and needless to say I am not pleased with this product

I bought this after the infomercial, and what a rip-off. I don't know whether the product itself works or not, I am so angry about the shipping and handling that I haven't had the heart to try it yet.

I ordered two packages of it -- $20.00. Okay, that was fine. Then the package came and it was about a 6-oz package, and the S&H was $27.96!! What?? This is NOT mentioned in the infomercial.

And then they called me (before the package came) trying to get me to charge "just $1 to my credit card" -- which would have started me on a $30/month "coupon" program that I would have had to opt OUT of. I had to ask several times exactly what the $1 was for before they finally explained it in a way that I could discern what was really going on.

Their website is also a terrible flypaper of a website -- it doesn't let you exit once you are done, but has pop-ups and dead ends that keep you there. I finally had to close down my computer.

Beware of the infomercial website. I see from the reviews that I am not the only one who was tricked in this way. Next time I am tempted I will go online and read reviews first. Sheesh.

I have tried this product on various items, including attempting to get a small lightweight hook to adhere to a wall -- IT DOES NOT WORK BEYOND AN HOUR ON ANYTHING THAT I HAVE TRIED! It is a total ripoff! From my experience with this product, it is also false advertising because it does not work as stated! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

thought this product was great at first..... Now I hear things falling to the ground that I had used uglu to attach a few months go.....had high hopes for this but unless you are going for a non-perminent attachment this is not your product.

Only slicks too most surfaces for a unlimited short time before coming unstuck.
Only good for a temporary fix which in most cases duck tape does a better job and is much more affordable.
I never trust most TV ads and wished that I have not trusted this one either.
It is just another scam.

I tried to use this uglu product on three applications, not dissimilar to projects / jobs seen on their info commercial. My glued projects failed.

One little note, you can't cut the glued tape to size... it sticks to the scissors, and your fingers.

I am disappointed. I would not purchase again.
