Directions
Make sure the adjustable tabs are on the bottom facing up. Slip the hole of the diaper through your pet's tail. Center diaper between back legs and up against their underbelly. Bring the adjustable tabs up and towards your pet's back and attach for a secure fit. Discard in the trash once used and replace with a fresh one.

I have a geriatric (19yr old) akita/shepherd mix. She developed an issue with incontinence over the summer and I've been using the x-large wee wee diapers since July of this year. She's a mid-size dog and the diapers just fit her. If she was any bigger it would definitely not fit. The diapers couldn't handle any excessive amounts of liquid, so she was getting changed fairly frequently, and we were ordering the diapers almost every 2 weeks (2-3 pks/order). Needless to say it was quite expensive, so I caught a clue and started using Huggies pull ups size 4T-5T. I just had to cut an opening for the tail, and this works just as good if not better. For the price of 2 packs of wee-wee diapers, I could get a box of 70count Huggies (I paid $28). The wee-wee diaper works for short term use and just for small piddle amounts. If you need a more long-term, cost effective option for your dog, I would go with the human diapers.

We had previously tried the Simple Solutions in X-Large and they were too small for our 40-pound Cocker/Chow mix. These in X-Large, however, are much bigger and fit perfectly. Still makes me wonder how our medium-sized dog is considered X-Large, but at least they work for us. I was surprised how well they hold the liquid and not only do they not leak, but they also pull the liquid away from her and keep her fur dry. Highly recommended.

My 18 year old dog is now enjoying a better quality of life, and it's all thanks to Wee-Wee diapers. Despite his weakness and inability to control his bladder due to his old age, he's still able to stay clean and dry as the diapers does what it's supposed to do. I will not hesitate to recommend this product, which is why I will take the bother to have the diapers shipped to Singapore for my dog.

these diapers fit my pug perfectly. she was able to get out of them twice but for the most part it's not a problem. she doesn't mind wearing them. she barely acknowledges them. she is in heat; they are not as absorbent as they should be: i put a maxi pad in there and that problem is fixed. there's no way that, as they are, they would be sufficient for a dog with incontinence or who isn't housetrained. using a maxipad makes them practically reusable not disposable - i just change the pad. so if your dog is in heat, this is the product for you. if you need something more absorbent, look elsewhere.

I've tried all other brands and this one is the best. The fit is comfortable and the product is large enough to ride higher on my dog's back - it never falls off. My 14 year old dog is only about 38-40 pounds, but the extra large size is perfect. This product has improved my dog's lifestyle immeasurably - no more falling asleep in puddles of water. I recommend ordering these by the gross.

The XL diapers do NOT fit a Weimaraner weighing 65 lbs! They are way too small for her. Where as the Vet's Best diapers do fit in the XL size. I tried these hoping that they'd be better quality; however, the quality is the same (thin and hold very little urine) and the size is all wrong!

My dog seemed to find these comfortable. I reused them over and over when they remained clean. They kept the house safe as long as I put them on correctly (not difficult). Unfortunately, the cancer tumors took my dog from me, but I would recommend this product.
