I tried taking this extract for two days and it caused extreme vomiting. This is not for everyone and so I would suggest anybody who wants to give it a try should take one dose and make sure there are no negative side effects before going forward.

When I take elderberry daily, without fail (do not skip a day), about 5 drops per day, I do not get sick. Clinical studies show that viruses are unable to attach to cells when elderberry is in the system - our ancestors knew this and its magic is growing more popular again. Try it and see.
