The serin Handshower is pretty and functional. Mounting is relatively easy and although I wish the drop ell had some room for play, caulk cures all in the shower. I did have a problem with the hose covering uncoupling from the connection to the hand held part, a quick call to A/S and a new one is on the way at no charge. I have always loved A/S products. Good faucets with ceramic valves, stylish accesorries, and excellent customer service.

Nice set. The hardware is for the most part solid metal. The only light duty part of the bar is the vertical tube. It does not impact the use ability of the kit, but compared to all the solid metal in the mounts you almost expect the vertical tube to be a bit more substantial. The shower handle has various settings, nice to have different water flows. The hose is a good length to accommodate different mounting options. In one case we even reversed the adjustable holder to the other side of the bar and it functions well.

Heavy, I really like the shower head holder, it's easy to move up/down and it grips the bar well, installation is easy although I had my handyman do it, the water pressure seems weak, could be my line, the shower head does not have enough streams IMHO.

Didn't buy from amazon and paid less using a coupon and it's a good deal compared to other similar setups, some don't even come with the drop ell and cost even more than this set.

I made this choice because of the brand name. I should have spent more to get much better quality. After all, this is a permanent part of my shower now. Shower head is small, has minimal settings. It leaves a lot to be desired. The entire unit works together, though.
