Okay I hate lipstick it's greacy grimey and tastes like I'm wearing well maybe paint thinner, but this stuff is differant it looks great, even according to my makeup concsious overly anyoying and picky friends, it tastes like lip gloss of some halfway normal origin, and well it's glossy and kissable! it does come off kinda quick like normal lipsick, it stays glossy, the colors are a bit hard to tell and well darker than I'm use to but not black by any means, overall I love it! I'd give it a 10. more colors would be nice... p.s. I'm compairing this stuff to normal lipsick revlon, clinique, more expensive and less expensive stuff... not the burt's bee's lipstick which i've yet to try!

I have two of these lip balms and I'm not completely crazy about them. I've used their mint lip balm and the honey lip balm, and I really love them, so I was expecting these to be more of the same, except colorful. Wrong. I was impressed with how much color these actually impart (be careful if you're shy of color!) and they go on with the familiar minty tingle, but there's no shimmer to speak of, and after a while you lose all moisture in your lips. I find myself reaching for a proper lip balm to compensate, and rubbing all the color off.

My problem with normal lip gloss is the heavy feeling of goo on my lips. It feels less like something to make me attractive and more like something to draw flies to their death, getting hopelessly stuck in the goo.

This gloss is different. It is light but shiny, it is sparkly but not glittery. I am a matte lipstick person, so this was a new look for me. I like the transparent colors and same Burts Bees protection that I have come to love.
