Nice shelf easy to assemble. I wish it was slightly wider and maybe a little more room between shelves. I added my own picture because the picture of the product is a little deceiving. They show a few items on the rack which makes it appear bigger. If you have big shoes it will not hold more than three per row.

This will fit a lot of shoes if you make it fit a lot of shoes... I have pretty big feet (women's 10) but I fit a ton of shoes on here with a few little adjustments.
First of all, I suggest flipping the side rails of the rack. It might be a little hard to see in the display picture, but as per the picture and the directions, it's set up so there's a very small space between the floor and the bottom rack, while there's a larger space between the top rack and the top of the side rails. However, if you invert the side rails so the bigger space is on the bottom, then screw in the shelves, it allows you to fit another row of shoes on the floor under the first rack. Makes no difference on the top—the shoes still stay on without falling over the sides. Not sure I explained that well, but I included a picture with this review, and it's way easier to see the difference in size when looking at the rack in person.
There are also holes on both sides of both side rails, as well as small dowels included, which allows you to stack racks on top of one another. Even though I didn't add a second rack, I put the little dowels into the holes anyway so I'd have little "hooks" to hang shoe bags and stuff on the sides and fit yet even more shoes and accessories. It also keeps me from losing these little dowels in case I decide to stack a second rack on top at a later time.
Finally, the shelves are deeper than expected, and more than deep enough to fit my size 10 shoes. The space between each shelf is also pretty generous. Thus, my key to fitting so many pairs of shoes was taking several pairs and stacking one shoe vertically on top of the other. While this would obviously work with flip flops and sandals, I didn't expect that it would also work so well with heels.Read more ›
