I take a large multivitamin and fish oil as well as a couple smaller pills each day. This pill box is a perfect way of reminding myself to take them and keep track of whether or not I have (with a new baby, I have gotten a little forgetful!)

Pros:
- good size compartments for large pills, a feature I needed and other boxes seemed lo lack based on reviews
- customizable labels for each of the 7 compartments: I travel on many weekends, so set up my "week" to begin on Wednesdays to make sure the weekend is always full
- while not small, the overall size and proportions of this product are easy to pack. It's about the size of 2 decks of playing cards laid end to end.
- discreet: opaque plastic and single top cap make it not obvious that this is a pill box to casual observers. It could easily be used for beads, crafts, or even a portable tackle box for fly fishing.

Cons:
- the labels provided are cut to fit the whole cover for each of the 7 small compartments, including the hinge. I cut them short so the label doesn't get crinkled in the hinge.
- The hinges are just thinner plastic and open less than 90 degrees. I have found it easiest to fill the box by opening all 7 compartments, pulling them as far open as possible, and laying the box on the lid. The lid stays out of the way so I can drop pills into each compartment, and see what is in there to avoid mistakes.

Great case for holding your pills. Compartments are big and hold a lot of pills/vitamins. I take 8 vitamins daily and it easily holds all 8 for each day with room for more. I like that each daily compartment has a snap lid and then there is a snap lid for the entire case so no worries about your pills falling out. The reason I gave it 4-stars instead of 5 is that I didn't like that I had to write the days on the labels and then cut them down to fit well on the lids for each compartment. But some people might like that so that they can set it up they way they like it. I would have preferred pre-made labels and then I could just put them on where I'd like them. But that is more of an opinion than a design flaw.

This pill case is kind of bulky, which is probably only good if someone has many pills, as it fits quite a few. I am not a fan of the inner lids--they seem a bit unnecessary. The stickers for labeling did not stick well, and the large lid on the outside takes some force to open. Additionally, it doesn't open to 90 degrees, so you're left prying it open with one hand while fiddling with an inner lid with your other hand.

I have found this to be great for my "take as needed" stuff. Aleve in one. Many of my "at least once daily" can cause other issues, so then they are marked for the issue. Stomach holds pepcid & pepto pills. Allergy/cold holds Benadryl & Sudaphed. & so on...They hold up & work so well that several of my friends have bought some. They're great for those things in a purse, gym bag, breif case, glove box, tool box (my daughter is a mechanic), etc. The inner doors are great so that only what you want comes out. The only caution to remember is that they are NOT child proof, but since my purse also has nail trimmers & other pokies, I just put my purse up on the fridge when I visit a child's house. I've been using this one for years & it's one of the better ones that isn't perm labeled AM/PM already.

It is weird to open the inside flapa like the others have said but its not that inconvenient or hard, you just have to open them one at a time basically when loading it. Its not huge but its big enough to fit my huge vitamins/supplements, and a lot per slot. in one slot: I have 4 large supplements (all about the size of fish oil) 2 mediums (calcium size) and like 6 smaller ones.
