I ran across this while looking for something else in a local health food store and picked it up since my children & I were suffering from a very bad cold with congestion. Ever since they banned all those childrens meds, there is nothing in mainstream pharmacies for infants anymore. I used this spray on myself as well as all my children, including my 5 month old, and it gave us relief that became permanent. It does not suppress symptoms, it did literally clean out the sinuses, without discomfort. I was a little afraid I would not like the smell or taste because I personally hate spearmint, but it was actually very mild and I could tolerate it well. Highly recommend.

UPDATE A YEAR LATER: Still very impressed with this product. I cannot imagine ever being without it in the house!! I highly recommend this. I love that it's safe for babies and adults alike. Very effective and a little goes a long way, so not expensive either.

I first purchased this after my doctor recommended I use this to help with my allergies. I really didn't expect it to do much. I was pleasantly surprised. I was having to occasionally use Afrin with some relief but rebound congestion was always a problem. This is awesome. I use several different "Now" products and am very pleased with this.

I have been using this nasal spray for several years. It is a mild product that keeps your sinus and nose clear of harmful germs. You can use it as many times a day as you want and it will not cause any problems. It is not habit forming as so many nasal sprays are. I recommend it highly.

I have tried other natural and organic mists to help relieve sinus infections but none have helped as much as this mist. I get several sinus infections due to severe allergies and neither I nor my doctor want me to take antibiotics that often, so I've tried to find a natural treatment to help out. I decided on this mist because of so many positive reviews and I'm so glad that I did. It has helped so much that I didn't use any medication during my last infection. I also use nasal rinses and talk to my doctor before ANY treatment. After saying that, I think this is a great product to help those of us with regular allergy and sinus problems.

Well, it does it's job, and does it well. That's the Tl;DR version of the review. Read further and you'll get a decent explanation of it all and why I docked a star.

I have been a long time sufferer of bad nasal congestion. I don't have true allergies, but I have stuff that irritates it further. I also work in an extremely dusty environment so I have crap that needs to get out. I do use a netipot in the mornings often. I've used nasal mists for a long time to handle this. My standby was Afrin and the generic brother of Afrin. I can't recall the active ingredient but it's the same. It always worked well but after years of use it started burning and causing bloody noses, so my doc said I had to stop. Decongestant medications didn't help.

So I gave my nose a rest. I also asked the doc what he'd suggest and he said anything that doesn't have a medicinal decongestant in it, he suggested a few organic and natural alternatives, I can't remember if this was one or not.

Anyways, I was at my local specialty market and I was browsing their nasal sprays and I settled on this cause it seemed to be the least harsh.

It really does a good job of clearing the junk out of your sinuses. It's soothing too. It doesn't have a smell, it's got a somewhat bittersweet and tolerable taste if it drips into your throat.

The bottle sucks though. The aerosolizing tip just isn't right. You either have to spray it extremely gently or extremely hard to get it to mist. Anything else and it's a stream. The caveat is that if you spray gently it doesn't really get up in there like it should, it just kinda dribbles back out your nose. The stream wouldn't be awful except it just jets through and is really irritating to my sinuses.Read more ›

My osteopath doctor told me to use this up to 3 times a day. It was worked wonders! I highly recommend using this and my spouse and son use it too. I haven't had one sinus infection in almost 3 years since using this and I used to get one every year. Also, my son's allergies would cause him to get 2 ear infections a year and he has only had 1 in the past 3 years- and that may be due to his not using this AS diligently as I do. This is such an affordable, easy way to prevent sinus problems.

A long, long time ago a eucalyptus infused nasal spray could be purchased. I loved it. Apparently it's no longer produced but when I searched Amazon for it this product emerged from the hunt. I decided to give it a chance. Sigh. Even though the eucalyptus is clearly labeled as an ingredient, my nose and nasal passages couldn't locate it. The nasal tip is very narrow and so the amount of liquid per spray is very limited. It works well as a nasal spray but really lacked the key ingredient I was looking for.
