One of the best of the Master Class from NYU series. Besides an entire set of Hank (solo), there are many excellent student performances critiqued by HJ in an extremely encouraging manner. Sure, I may be a bit biased, as Hank Jones is one of my favorite jazz pianists...but this is truly something you're going to want to have in your library.

I purchased this based off of a review. First off Hank Jones is a great jazz pianist and truly a performer the thing that really turned me off from this video/dvd is the fact that some pompous blowhards spent almost 30 minutes congratulating and talking about themselves which I guess is the university setting these days but I would have loved to hear some more of Hank Jones playing, his history, and the students at the end rather than the blowhards they really soured it for me.
