Excellent for what it is intended.....

Anyone who buys a book or DVD with the title "Aikido In Three Easy Lessons" and expects to learn technique might reexamine their understanding of aikido. Moon Sensei gives excellent insight into "basic" aikido philosophy. It is a book/DVD that you can revisit periodically to reground yourself when you mistakenly get the idea that aikido it is all about techniques or physical self defense.

Akido three easy lessons

This item is more about the Akido concepts then Akido Techniques. It's a good to help understand the concept of Akido. I would not learn much about doing Akido with out a lot of research. What would help as a complement to this dvd would be one with basic detail Aikido movements and technique.
