    These pair of shoes besides being comfortable are cool to wear. They look like the Oxfords shoes that were worn in the 1920-1950's. To have a fun ensemble that go with these shoes, wear a pair of black pants, black short-sleeve shirt and a porkpie hat and you are on your way.

    The show I received has the black and white as this picture but the 'snake' pattern is gone, it is just plain-shiny black and white!
    I don't have time to return and reorder and I'll just use this one for the costume but this is a huge disapointment!!!

    They're real shoes. They're still perfectly fine after two parties and a night of handing out candy to the neighborhood kids. I have to recommend the shoes. They were worn as part of a 1930s gangster costume.

    My son is playing Rooster in his high school musical, Annie. The shoes fit the role perfectly!! They fit like a glove as well. We did need to add a grip on the bottom of the sole that we purchased at a shoe store for $1. The shoe became very slippery on stage, but it was an easy, cheap fix! I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a 1940 type wing tip.
