Good quality material, good stitching. Cold pack fits the pouch fine, velcro holds it in there, no scratchy bits to irritate me.
Another reviewer said it was small, for children. Well, the package does say "Small" on it and has a picture of a little girl, but I am 220 lbs, 5' 9" of "stocky" build, and this thing is plenty big. There is plenty of adjustment left to make it tighter, or looser. If you're a serious bodybuilder, maybe this might not fit, but it would take some serious arm muscles, or a really overweight person to go beyond the adjustment range.
Another reviewer said the cold pack didn't get very cold. Well, it gets cold enough to eliminate the stinging in my elbow, without quite making my elbow go numb. Any colder and I would be concerned about damage.
I cannot imagine how this product could be made better. I'm picky about what I will wear on my body, and it suits me fine.

I really like the wrap for icing my elbow (tendonitis). However, the included ice packs are too small, don't feel cold enough, and don't remain cold for very long. I have ended up using the wrap with my own ice packs (using frozen water, which works much better and lasts longer).

This ice pack is very convenient to use since it allows you to be mobile while wearing it, rather than sitting stationary with a conventional ice pack. It includes two small packs. The material is soft and comfortable and doesn't chafe. It works very well on my chronically sore elbow.

I really like this, its just what i needed to ice my tennis elbow (or as I call it knitters elbow). The ice pack is plenty cold, in fact I put a paper towel around the pack at first, then take it off when it warms up a bit. If your elbow is sore, too cold hurts it. It is really great to be able to move your arm and not have to sit still to ice it. It allows you to bend your arm some. The size fits a large range of sizes, and it gives you an extra strap to wear it where you need it. I do like it very much. It also gives you an extra ice pack. Also the ice packs are the perfect size, without being to small just right for an elbow, or joint. Also, I think I like this style better than ones that ice all the way around, too much cold, too much pain for my elbow.

This brace is pretty nice, a lot of people mention that the pack doesn't stay cold long and thats not really an issue with the brace but the pack itself, plus you really shouldn't expect an ice pack to stay cold for longer than 15-20 minutes as thats also about the recommended amount of time you should ice any part that is sore. I have worn mine everyday for a month and the straps are holding the material hasn't torn and it's pretty easy to clean.

Ive been using this wrap for about a week. I have mixed feelings.

Pros: I love the neoprene wrap! It is simple to use! I can get a snug fit around my elbow. I have been using other gel ice packs with it as well...I just dont insert the ice pack into the pocket. I have it between my skin and the wrap.

Cons: Im disappointment in the small ice packs. They didnt seem to hold the coldness for long, too. I had to use both of them, stack on top of each other in the provided pocket, in order to get the temperature I needed.

It's...okay. I like that it came with ice packs, but I can barely feel them. Fairly easy to use. If I'd known better I would have kept looking. I know you're not supposed to put ice straight on your skin, but this is too much of a barrier.
