When I ordered this paper, it was damaged and also the incorrect color. I contacted the company, and was basically told it was my problem - they weren't going through the trouble of replacing the paper as it is too costly for them to do so.

I couldn't believe their attitude, so I called and spoke with a supervisor who said the same thing. No effort, or offer to replace the paper.

I contacted Amazon and at present they are trying to resolve the matter, which I appreciate. However, buyers beware.. Don't buy from this company. They will not replace damaged merchandise, and their customer care is totally unprofessional!
