I took Prilosec for years for acid reflux. Every time I tried to stop, the reflux would come back in the night. My doctor said to just keep taking the Prilosec. Internet research led me to the dark ACV liquid, which I started taking six months ago, and stopped the Prilosec. I have had no acid reflux in those six months. About three months ago, I changed to Botanic Choice capsules, which seem to work as well as the liquid, and are much more convenient. My wife & daughter now also take them for general wellbeing, and for a claimed side-effect (in the research) of weight control. Of course, the manufacturers can make no such claims.

I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar a few years ago. I wanted to drop some weight and over all just feel better. I used to be able to get some capsules from the whole foods store but they no longer sell capsuls. Anywhere I go, its only tablets and all ACV tables Ive tried have failed. These are great. They keep me going to the restroom but my appetite is curved and bacteria is balanced.

I am currently trying to wean myself off of prescription Prilosec and ACV is the only thing that has lessened my pain. These pills are great because you can't taste the vinegar nastiness and it has the same effect. Will be buying again!

Great product for cystic acne. It's recommended to take this product 3 times daily, but I find that's not necessary for my skin. I take one pill, two nights a week after dinner and it has cleared up my cystic acne. For twenty years I have suffered with the inflammation caused by cystic acne and I have never seen my cysts shrink like this - it's amazing! The one side effect is that it can cause weight loss, so I have to be careful to eat more on the days that I take it. I lost 3 pounds without even trying and only taking it a few times a week. I'm underweight, so I don't want to lose weight, but for someone wanting to do that, this would work.

I have been taking these capsules instead of the liquid. If I experience acid I take just a little baking soda 1/4 or so teaspoon. I have digestive problems and these help me a lot. I take two at a time up to five or six times a day- which is not too much according to Web MD.
Now another brand states 500 mg (one capsule) is equal to two teaspoons so I am guessing this brand is the same. Since I am post menopausal and do not live in California I am not worried about the reproductive harm.

I ordered this to see if it would help with lowering my sugar and blood pressure.
So far I have not changed my diet or lost any weight and it has helped somewhat with both.
I am only taking one pill a day and may soon increase the dosage to 2 pills per day.
I am 54 years old and do need to lose about 30 pounds so this shouldn't be an alternative for sure.
I have been on this for about 2 months.

This was our second order. The first order seemed to be of good quality and could really smell the acv. This order on the other hand not so much. After using the first bottle my indigestion seemed to return. I dont think it contained any acv what so ever. Stupid me, I waited to long to check all the bottles from the order. So now I cant return 8 of 10 bottles that I purchased. I'd stay away from this item. I dont think the quality control is up to par.

This product is completely misrepresented! Apple Cider Vinegar should not have ingredients in it with a major warning....especially not on this sight!
A warning label on the lid and the side states that: "This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."

"Warning: if you are taking any medications or are pregnant or nursing do not use prior to consulting a physician." This is trash to me. Glad I didn't pay that much!
