Protect Business Cards While Keeping Them Organized
Even though much correspondence takes place electronically, business cards are still widely used as a way to quickly communicate contact information. Whether meeting with new prospects at a trade show, or networking with colleagues at an event, handing out business cards is an efficient way to exchange contact information.
Since business cards contain essential contact information including phone numbers, websites, and email addresses, it is important to store them in a safe place that will keep them protected and accessible. C-Line has Business Card Pages that allow cards to be stored in a protective, plastic holder, which is then placed inside a three-ring binder.
Made from durable, heavyweight polypropylene material, each page can store up to 20 business cards, 10 on each side. Each card is stored in an individual pocket, which is side loading. The page is three-hole punched along the reinforcing strip, allowing it to fit into standard size three-ring binders.
Business Card Pages are available with and without tabs. In order to take organization a step further, use the tabs to categorize business cards alphabetically, by company or any way you like. Use the blank ink jet/laser inserts to customize and create personal tab inserts. Visit c-line.com/template to download a free template to create inserts.
Not only do these pages keep the business cards protected, but they also make them much more visible than storing the cards in a desk or a case. Simply flip through the pages inside of a binder to quickly locate a specific contact.
