No need to do the brick and mortar wild goose chase to replace a fax cartridge. The ease of finding the exact replacement for a specific machine on line makes for easy shopping. The price was also very reasonable.

Satisfied. Although on my 3rd or so fax with the ribbon it began to pull out of the fax machine. The small blue plastic piece came apart. I fixed it, and have yet to have a problem. I would account it to just bad luck. Would buy again.
