I just bought these from costco at a better deal but they are definitely quality! I did a comparison with my old sheets... Side by side in the oven and used storebought cookie dough (kind that comes in little portioned squares). The cookies on my old sheet started burning on the bottom so I took them out a few minutes earlier than the nordicware. The nordicware cooked the cookie perfectly. they came out rounder and did not start burning on the bottom like the ones on my old sheet.

When I got the sheet pan didn't have a manufacturer's/Seller's label on it, nor was it sealed in some kind of package or wrapping. It also had some very sharp/deep dents in it. It's as if they had a pile of rejects and decided to stiff me with one of them. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the entire sale.

It's a sturdy baking sheet. Easy to clean. It does what I need it to do. So far I've used it for brownies, home made cheddar biscuits, and cinnamon rolls.

It also fits nicely inside my 18 quart Nesco Roaster. I used it to hold a chicken and keep the roaster cook well clean.

I received my first pan and it had a lot of superficial scratches, but a couple deep scratches as well. I sent it back for a replacement which I received very quickly (sending back was quite easy). The second pan also had superficial scratches (if I were at a store I would have went through the stack to find a better one), but no deep scratches. The pan is otherwise heavy gauge and should stand up over time. For the price I think it's a good value.

And yes, it's a full size sheet pan. If you don't know if your oven can hold it, the the answer is probably no. If in doubt, measure.

These pans are heavy duty and the half sheet pans are the perfect size to fit in my oven. I also ordered some full size sheet pans but had to return them as I didn't realize they wouldn't fit in a standard oven. (Dumb? Yes I know, but it didn't even cross my mind). The only reason I give them 4 stars is that I ordered 2 and they showed up in the same package. 1 was in good condition and the other was pretty beat up. I managed to kind of bend it back to almost flat and since I'll be using silicone mats with these, I didn't want to go through all the hassle of returning it.

I bought this item for roasting coffee in my oven. The quality is poor. The hole pattern isn't even centered in either dimension. The spacing is roughly 3/8". On the long sides, the holes begin 2" from on edge & aobut 1.5" from the other. On the short sides, the holes begin about 1.25" from one edge and about 1" from the other. The holes were not de-burred. You can feel the rough edges along the bottom of the pan. The pan is labelled "Thunder Group Inc" with a UPC code of 789313844913 and a Model # ALSP1813PF. A search of UPC databases show the item listed as both Thunder Group and Excellante brands. The item can be found on other sites for about half of what I paid. Given the quality, I would not even buy it at that price. I do not recommend this product.

Bought these and wanted some big pans with the sides up..They are very very nice but to big for my oven so never got to use them..so check oven size before you buy them..i have a full size oven and they are still to big..think they are more for industrial use in the kitchens!!!

Excellante 18 Inch X 26 Inch Full Size Alum Sheet Pan Perforated
As stated the pan is made of aluminum and has a round steel frame around the perimeter supporting the top round edge of the pan. The aluminum is completely rolled around the frame so no steel is exposed. From the top edge of the pan the sides angle down to the base of the pan. The overall dimension measured was 17-15/16” wide and 25-7/8” long and just under 1” high. The base of the pan is perforated as stated. The perforations are round holes 7/64” in diameter. There are 30 holes across the short side and 54 holes across the long side and 21/64” spacing between the holes. The perforations start at 2-1/4” from outer edge of the short side and 2-11/16” from the outer edge of the long side.
The holes are completely smooth on the top side, but have a slight roughness on the bottom of the pan. This roughness is caused by small burrs around the perimeter of the holes left after the holes were punched. The burrs are slight and does not affect the use of the pan and could be removed is desired. However, as is, if the pan were slid across a soft shiny surface like plastic laminate it could possibly scratch the surface. Typically not a problem in a commercial kitchen.
I measured the thickness of the aluminum to be .033”, which would be 20 Gauge Aluminum.
This is an excellent pan for the money and has the heft and feel of a commercial pan. This pan is too large to fit in most residential ovens, so before purchasing for that purpose it would be prudent to first measure your oven. I am pleased with my purchase and this pan should give years of good service.
