This is a total piece of garbage!!!! It literally fell apart when I took it out of the package. I don't know if I was the unlucky person who got the one they forgot to glue together but there was no sign of any adhesive on the joints. Not worth my time to return it so I threw it in the trash. Not what I usually get from Amazon...

The frame arrived broken on three sides. This has to do with how the plastic was connected together using small metal corner brackets. The plastic was not properly handled in manufacturing and so it arrived broken into three pieces on the corners. You can tell that it was a flaw in manufacturing because of the powder the broken plastic produced.

I managed to fix it by properly nailing it with very small wire nails and some gorilla tape. It's not noticeable from the front, so the frame ultimately looks quite attractive and it only cost me $15, which is why it gets two stars instead of just one. But make no mistakes: this frame is a piece of junk.

This frame is exactly what I expected for the price. It looks like a veneer rather than real wood (which you should expect for $13). I bought 4 and they look great on the wall. The beveled strip closest to the document and the outside edge are actually black. Only the main face is rosewood colored. This can be hung on a wall or propped on a surface (there's a stand on the back). If you want a nice looking, inexpensive frame, I would say that this is a good choice. I cannot comment on the durability as I have only had the frames for a week or two.

I was looking for a professional looking, affordable frame for a certificate of mine and had planned to display it in my office. Unfortunately it never made it that far because the item arrived broken into several pieces. I thought poor packing material might be to blame so I ordered a replacement item. This one was broken TOO! Once, I can understand, but twice tells me this product is just a piece of junk and not worth the trouble of ordering. Save yourself the headache and just spend a few more bucks on a quality item. Sadly, this is not it.

This is a very cheap frame. The wooden frame on the first one came broken into many pieces. There were little pieces of wood everywhere in the box. So I ordered a replacement, figuring that it was handled improperly during delivery. Nope. Second one came and was busted as well. Suppose I'll get a refund this time. Spend a couple more dollars and get something better.

Product gets the job done but is fragile. I dropped it maybe 6 inches to the ground, in its package and the frame broke. I didn't want to go through the process of mailing it back in so I glued it, which worked just fine. Either way the product suffices.
