The item arrived timely and as it appeared in the photo. The only problem I encountered was a loose spigot which we took care of with super glue. It moved all over the place before we glued it.........this was minor and it really is beautiful and priced reasonably.

After reading all the bad reviews on this, I debated ordering a pricer one from another website, and I'm glad I ordered this instead! I ordered two of these bevarage jars at a fraction of the price and received free shipping. They were packaged excellent. I filled both of mine full with water and let sit overnight and neither leaked. For those who have experienced leaking around the spigot, there was a card tied around my spigots noting that spigots may have moved in shipping and explained how to adjust them accordingly. These are also beautiful as pictured and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Eventhough this is a beautiful product it is not well made and not shipped properly. First one came broken, company prompty sent second one, had it filled with punch on dining room table, new table cloth and container cracked and broke on second serving of punch, had glass and punch all over table, floor and guest. Do not waste your time.

Do not buy this product! The first time I used it the spigot leaked all over my counter. The second time I used it the spigot would not turn and it made a big crack on the base. Now, it is broken and I am not able to use it at all. My guests were struggling to get their drinks out of it. I received it 12/8 and used it during Christmas. When I tried to return this defective product, I was told I was past the return date! They said there was nothing they could do about it. This is a piece of junk and a huge waste of money. I wish I would have just gone to Marshall's or T.J. Maxx's and bought a beverage server locally for half the price.

My sister owns this beverage dispenser and lent it to me for a party. Though it is of very solid construction ( very heavy glass) and looks beautiful, it is a hassle to dispense the beverage and to clean. The spigot is misleading in the way that it's labeled "open" and "close" You have to do the opposite of how it's labeled. The big problem came when the sangria wouldn't come out of the spigot. I did have fruit in the jar diffusing with the beverage but there wasn't any pulp that would have gotten stuck. So my assumption is that the opening must not be that large where the liquid is dispensed. I assume that because there is no way to remove the spigot and see. In order to use it during the party I removed the lid and used a ladle to pour drinks. Maybe it's better suited for water or juice? I purchased something else for myself at Bed Bath and Beyond recently and recommend that. It's a Prodyne fruit infusion pitcher, although it's a lot smaller but very good quality, very pleased with it.

I was really surprised to read all the bad reviews from this product. I received mine and it was packaged inside two thick molded styrofoam pieces that will make great storage and inside a bigger box with tons of air pacs. The spigot worked perfectly and my guests had no problem. The piece itself was made of thick glass and I loved it until my husband thought he was placing the top on the counter and missed and dropped it on the ground and it shattered. Lesson learned, he's clumsy and keep him away from ALL glass. Other than that, it was great and I will buy another one to replace it that my husband will never be allowed to touch.

We received this as a gift for my birthday. The first time we used it, the glass pedestal base broke and we had iced tea and glass everywhere (just before guests arrived for a Christmas party). Would not recommend.
