I was about to order a replacement due to the fact the one I now have the selector button being extremely difficult to operate. I had notice on a post here about this wand assembly being a warranty item. I called Delta and explained the problem and it is warranted for life. I saved myself the cost of a new unit here by calling them. If you are replacing one of these for operational problems, it may be worth your time to give them a call, maybe save some bucks. Delta Help Line at 1‑800‑345‑DELTA (3358). The Delta Help Line is available between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. (CST), Monday through Saturday.

This was a replacement for the wand assembly installed when the house was built in 2005. Delta has a lifetime warranty on these, but they do not warrant the plastic connector, which engages with a metal hub in the spray head. In removing and replacing sprayer head to clean debris from the faucet, the plastic stripped. I asked Delta about a replacement but they do not warrant this part, so I had to buy a new assembly. They went cheap on this part of the wand assembly, which is overall a fine product.

This faucet wand assembly worked well, the wand it's self was a perfect fit, but the hose that came with it was the wrong fit for my hardware under my sink. I must add I love the Amazon community because after reading reviews for this product I learned that Delta has a life time warranty/guarantee on their products. The catch is you have to be the original purchaser of the product(s). I replaced the hose about 2 years ago, I gave Delta a call and no questions asked they sent me a new hose free of change and free shipping. So with the hose in this assembly not fitting everything still worked out great. That's why I still gave this product 5 starts because Delta as a company standing behind their products. It's hard to find that these days.

The rubber tips for the sprayer became worn on the faucet wand about a year ago to where the water sprayed on to the counter top making a mess so I bought a new faucet some months ago to replace it. At near 74 I am not to excited to get under the sink anymore and so put off the job and pretty well forgot about the new faucet. Yesterday it was time to do something about the mess. The Delta brand is not applied anywhere on the unit so I didn't know if the faucet was on warranty who to call but I kept the paperwork and recept under the sink in an envelope with install date (Dec 2004) printed on it. Called Delta and their rep was very courtous and was satisfied I was oringinal the owner because I was able to give the actual date I bought and when installed so is sending me a new wand part.
Countless faucets are tossed in the trash with lifetime warranties--keep your paperwork with recept under the sink in a ziplock bag pinned to the side wall written outside what it is, not in your filing cabinet! It may be a good idea to print a copy of the receipt because many receipts seem to conveniently fade through the years.

I have had my Delta kitchen faucet for about 7 years now. Lately I have had to change a few parts due to normal wear and tear. The handle just started to come apart one day, and the spray went everywhere in the kitchen. I found the price here on Amazon to be the most reasonable. This is an original replacement part. Unfortunately, parts change slightly over the years. This handle works 100% with my old faucet, but the flow has decreased from the faucet. I know this is because of the water saving mania that is happening. In the "old" days, you could just remove a part (usually the washer between the hose and the handle) and the flow would be back to "normal" water wasting level. On this one, I cannot find out how to go around the water saving. I am not a plumber, and I am not overly concerned with it. It's just that it now takes longer to wash the dishes or fill a pot to boil water. Oh well.

I looked at Home Depot and Lowe's for just the aerator portion but could not find it. My original's finish was worn off and looked terrible. After finding the aerator online I saw it wasn't much more to get the whole assembly. I went ahead and sprung for the whole lot since I crossthreaded my original. It was a good choice because this was an excellent replacement. If you have ever bought a replacement part before that is white plastic it usually doesn't match. This matched very well.

After several years of use, the plastic connector on the wand of our kitchen assembly stripped out. This replacement saved the day. It works great. My only complaint is that when my husband bought it, a recommendation to buy the aerator popped up. He bought it just in case, but it comes with an aerator so that was a waste of money. So don't buy one separately! Since that was our mistake, I still gave it five stars. Thanks!
