I thought this was plastic and reusable, but it is really cheap cardboard. It collapsed with all of my daughters birthday cupcakes on it (23)and I had to re-do the whole thing. Don't waste your money.

I ordered this item and was charged $12.99. I figured my son LOVES the movie Cars2 so we went with the team. It arrived in the mail a week later. Setting it up was easy, but please dont buy this piece of crap. Its made of cheap cardboard paper that ripped while I was setting it up. It looks so cheap, and I regret spending that much on it when I could have bought a decent one for the same price. Save your money!

I really liked the look of this product, very attractive and looked great as a display - but was not very pleased with its ability to hold the cupcakes as is the purpose of this product. The cupcakes kept slipping off of the shelves onto the table. I think the product needs to be a sturdier and more grounded.

Instead of a cake at my daughter's 6th party, we're having individual cupcakes (I decided on this after years of her spitting all over the cake while blowing out candles, which grosses me out and horrifies everyone else over 8, even though they won't say so). I just figured it's probably a really good idea at this point. So I ordered this. Gotta say it's a HECK of a lot cheaper to get it at Amazon than it is at say, Diddams. And free shipping...can't go wrong. And it looks awesome -sure it's printed heavy cardboard but it works. And cupcakes look GREAT on it. So don't hesitate, because if your kid adores The Kitty, you're WINNING.

I ordered this for my granddaughter's 4th b-day. To me Wilton means quality.
Although it is as adorable as the picture, there was no mention in the product
description that this stand is made of cardboard. THIN cardboard. No way it
could "stand" up to 4 year olds picking a cupcake off of it.
It was returned for a refund.

I purchased this cupcake stand for my daughters Tinker Bell Birthday party. It was pretty easy to put together and seems to be holding up (her party is in a few weeks). I'll be using it for cupcakes made in ice cream cones (which will fit just fine). My only complaint is that since it is made out of cardboard it is a bit flimsy in the middle of the stand.

They should be putting in the description that it is NOT plastic but instead is cheap cardboard with some printing on it....

The picture is misleading! I think the box it came in is sturdier.
