Grand Aroma Insalata is so wonderful I refuse to make a salad without it. I dribble a small amount on my salads, toss lightly and then add a favorite dressing - lightly, again. Using Insalata takes the bite out of overly-vinegary dressings and adds a tiny bit of lemon flavor to all dressings. I always order several and share a bottle or two with my daughter who sometimes uses it with a tad of balsamic vinegar - nothing else.
