I am on a very low FODMAP diet due to Fructose Malabsorption. The first two items they remove from your diet is Onions and Garlic! As an American, this pretty much removes every recipe we make :-). This olive oil is a life saver in the fact I can still get the flavor of garlic, without the stomach issues.

Note: There is garlic slivers in the bottom, make sure that they do not end up in your food if you have dietary absorption issues.

I find if I want a less strong flavor, to mix it with a mild olive oil in like a shot glass, etc...then add it to my recipe or salad. I AM very pleased. It's a good buy. Needful for us on FODMAP restrictions.

This oil has a very strong garlic flavor, which is hard to find. There are bits of garlic in the bottom to keep the infusion going on the shelf, but the pour spout fails to filter them out. So if you're pouring directly into your dish, you may find some garlic "paper" or the woody bits of the skin atop your food. Keep an eye out for that but, otherwise, good stuff.

Good overall olive oil - the olive oil taste is present and the garlic flavor is a bit stronger, but it works for cooking and dipping. There is a good amount of garlic on the bottle itself. The bottles are small and can be challenge to hold from the incredibly tiny 'handle' near the top. Overall though, a good product.

I think the garlic-infused olive that I bought at Trader Joe's was less expensive than this Grand'aroma oil, but this oil is much more garlicky. With this oil, I can skip the mincing-garlic step and still get good flavor. Although my husband enjoys garlic-flavored foods, he can't abide the smell of raw garlic being chopped up. He never complains of cooking smells when I cook with garlic-infused olive oil.
