Does it sound too melodramatic to say that this product saved my life? Okay, so maybe it didn't do that, but it saved my sanity and my overall sense of well being by helping to balance the crazy hormonal mood swings. I can't promise it will do the same for every woman, but it's got to be worth a try. Because it's homeopathic, it may take some time to notice the difference. I noticed pretty quickly but I tend to be sensitive to subtle treatments. If you're not, then it make take a week or two for you to notice that you're not weeping at as many Hallmark commercials or biting off your spouse's head.

I have used homeopathic mixes since 1980. Hyland's was 'new' to me...but, as any woman going through the hot flashes knows - we need HELP. These works immediately! It did not stop them, but, made the sleeping less interrupted. Day flashes went away. When I forget to take, I erupt.

I also started ICool. That (I asked a pharmacist as there's NO info on package or page!Geristein?) is a plant-based estrogen replacement. The reviews were practically 50/50. I am happy to say, for me, I am of the "helped greatly" group. There is an absolute difference. I am on my second week of , say two light but-enough-to-wake-up, flashes at night. Versus no sleep as the waves of heat just tortured me. So Try this first. I had to try another to up the relief. Depends on your reaction. I just know this product is non-reactive with other things...and it is not estrogen for people avoiding that route.

I first stated taking these before bed because my hot flashes were worst at night. I would have a very restless night with nightmares. I stopped taking them. Then I got so frustrated with the hot flashes I decided to try again. This time I took one dose mid-morning. The hot flashes lessened that night. Kept taking them mid-morning and now I haven't had a hot flash in weeks. I sleep better too. Best advice I can give is to play around with it and find what works best for you.

I had a partial hysterectomy. Prior to that, I started getting flashes of a REALLY HOT face; but not body, and no sweats. I like natural remedies and tried Black Strap Molasses. That worked the first go round (1-2 tablespoons a day). But a few months later, after I stopped taking, I tried again, and this time it did not work.

Then my mother told me about a product called MENOPAUSE by HYLAND'S. They are homeopathic pellets you take under your tongue. I bought them on Amazon. After 3-4 days of taking them, my hot face disappeared! No more hot face! And the good thing about these is that you don't have to keep taking them. Once your symptoms are gone, you stop taking. I bought 2 bottles thinking I would go through them quickly. But I'm still on the first bottle and it's been 6 months.

Occasionally I think my face is about to get hot and I take 3 pellets under the tongue. Then no hot face. Try it.

These are working for me. I started using them a year ago, looking for relief of hot flashes and especially night sweats. The problems haven't completely disappeared but they have diminished considerably. I put two under my tongue at the first sign of a hot flash and it is shortened in time and the intensity is less. The biggest help is the night sweats! I still have hot flashes at night, but I'm not waking up nearly as often and I am sleeping much better. I just received my most recent order, and this time I ordered the 3 pack. I'm so glad I found these!

As I understand it, post-menopausal women can still experience hot flashes. This was happening with my wife, who is in her early 70's, and we attributed this to low thyroid. However, the condition didn't seem to be responding to low thyroid herbal remedies, or a diet that increased her metabolism. The hot flashes did stop by the time she finished a bottle of these homeopathic pills. She's been off of these pills for a couple of weeks now, and she says she isn't experiencing hot flashes any more.
