I got the paper so my toddler and I could start painting and drawing. The thickness is just what I was looking for.

I taped it to the table so it wouldn't slide but be careful taking it off as it can rip the top layer of paper. So use a little tape on the paper. I was using scotch tape and next time I'll use painter's tape since I think it might be better.

The paper is much thinner than I thought it would be. The price was right, and I am sure the child will use it since she goes through paper quickly. I was hoping for a little better paper, though. I guess it's like everything else...you get what you pay for.

This paper is much lighter-weight than I expected - lighter than Target kids' construction paper, and not a particularly bright white either. It's only slightly heavier than printer paper. It's fine for kids' drawings with marker or crayons but definitely doesn't hold up well to wetter media like watercolors and it curls up a lot even with tempera paint. I won't buy this again.
