Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Sunblock Lotion, 30-SPF, September 30, 2009
Great product.
Whenever i read: for sensitive skin, always get that (itch) does it work? is it really for sensitive skin? how sensitive? etc., yet this is it for sunblock lotion.
I'm using Roaccutane as part of my acne treatment, is not as bad as it sounds but i got tired of dealing with acne outbreaks, and such terrible issues, thus my skin is much more sensitive than what normally really is.
dermatologist recommended some other brand, couldn't find it, and this sunblock was available, and since i trust neutrogena products, decided to give it a try.
-kinda expensive at the pharmacy-
while doing this Roaccutane treatment i can't stand even 2 minutes under the sun, before my skin gets all heated and absolutely red, also it's one of the things you get warned about, sunburn and scaring is imminent while on treatment and even after, and lights from other sources, such as your computer's screen can damage your skin, so this is the perfect sunblock for me.
is a bit dense, not much and i have to agree with the previous commenter: makes my face a bit lighter, even after it's had time to soak in. I recommend this only to people whose skin won't tolerate anything else.
it does make it lighter, that's the only issue, my mother even asked me this morning why was i sweating, not fun when you have a meeting at 9 a.m., but it's a small collateral -issue- when you realize how well protected you are.
i have to disagree with: Vanishes on skin for a weightless, non-greasy feel --- it doesn't vanishes like that, in fact since is a bit dense you even look ¨whiter¨, but HAVE TO AGREE with the non-greasy feel, absolutely true; it's also hypo-allergenic, non-irritating, won't clog pores, which is always a PLUS in my book.
abvn.-

The only sunblock that I can use, July 24, 2009
I feel like I've tried every sunblock under the sun, and this is the only one that I can use on a daily basis without my skin complaining. I have a hard time wearing it under makeup, though, so it's really an either-or situation. Also, it makes my face a bit lighter, even after it's had time to soak in. I recommend this only to people whose skin won't tolerate anything else.
