The product was just what we wanted, good quality and feels like a cloud. We purchased a Perfect Harmony Micro 2 inch fibre mattress cover and recommended it to our friends in North Carolina. Our friends purchased the same cover but it came with this Mattress Pad as a bonus, something we couldn't purchase in Canada. We contacted the company,Carpenter, and they directed us to Amazon.com and suggested this product which was quite similar to what our friends purchased. Amazon had the product in stock and had it to us in less than 2 days. The Mattress cover along with the mattress pad makes for a "CLOUD LIKE" experience, saved us from buying a new mattress for at least 3 years and with a guarantee! Great product-Great Company. Thank you!

This mattress pad is quite thick.

The elastic sides hold it snugly in place and come down all the way on a 14-inch deep mattress. The cushy pad fully covers the top of a queen size bed.

It's been washed once with no problems - no shrinking or wear. It seemed too bulky for the dryer, so I laid it out to dry. I have the same pad in a twin which fits in the dryer easily.

My mattress has a memory foam top. This mattress pad does seem to noticeably help cool mattress.

I like the padding part. The elastic is nice and stretchy and fits my 12 inch thick mattress with no problem. But after only having it a couple weeks the elastic tore. The pad came off with the sheets when I was changing them. Just pulling the pad back over the mattress and I tore a hole in the elastic side. So durability and sturdiness is questionable.

The sizing was the best I have found it sliped right on to my queen mattress and I have a 3" Foam topper on it, but it fit o problem. It is very soft infact my husband said he had to get re use to the softer mattress. The gripper on the side.s of the matress expand and fit very snuggly over the topper. I am very pleased with the mattress pad.

OMG!! This is SOOO soft!! I originally bought this direct from amazon a few weeks ago and it was only $15.94...so i bought 2. For a california king size that is pretty cheap...i didnt expect much, in fact i thought because they were so cheap, i was going to have to use both at the same time..I was wrong...they are very thick. Because this was such a great deal, i wanted to buy one more...when i went back 4 days later, the PRICE JUMPED TO $59.99( from amazon, not a vendor)....so there must have been incorrectly marked when i bought them the first time...

UPDATE 11/27/14....AFTER A SEVERAL WASHES, THIS PAD HAS SHRUNK A LOT....I HAVE A 13 INCH MATTRESS AND IT POPS OF THE CORNERS....AND THE PAD DOES NOT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF MATTRESS...BUT, LIKE A MENTIONED ABOVE, I ONLY PAID $15.94+TAX....IF I WOULD HAVE PAID $59(CURRENT PRICE)...I WOULD BE ANGRY.

This mattress pad is not as well cushioned as we had hoped and we both had the reaction of 'meh' after we opened it up and put it on the bed. The fabric on the sides is made out of very flimsy material. You need a lot of tugging strength and pull to get this wrapped around all over on the mattress, and minimal effort had this thing tearing in the middle of the sides. This falls under the category of 'you get what you pay for.' Higher quality pads cost a lot more, and it wasn't money we had to spend. This is fully adequate, but we would not get this same model again.

The padded part is great. The stretchy sides, not so much. They tear like paper. I haven't had this six whole months and am shopping for a new mattress pad because the part that you have to pull down over the corners of your mattress to keep it on have torn to the extent that the mattress pad cannot be secured the way it's supposed to be. If only this part of the product was of as good a quality as the top part. Also, I have a 15" mattress, and this is supposed to fit 18" deep, but it was in having to seriously stretch this to tuck under my mattress that it has torn, repeatedly.
