Product Description

Aleppo soap is made in the Syrian town of Aleppo. It is 100% natural and has been a tradition for millennia, going back antiquity. The manufacturing process is still the same as before. 75.48% olive oil, poured into a cauldron heated by wood fire. Lye is then added (soda) and after several reheatings, laurel oil is added (12.52%).This soap is appreciated by cosmetologists for many properties: astringent (good for any skin), tonic, regenerative and soothing. It is particularly indicated for sensitive skins. It has also been found to help symptoms of psoriasis and eczema, because of it's calming effect on inflamed skin.
