The frame looks great, and if I didn't have an image I knew to be pure white inside it, or had a B&W image, the mat would probably be perfect. However, it does have a gray tinge to it, not a pure pure white.

I created a pencil drawing per request from a friend, and felt like it needed a better presentation than giving him the paper alone. This frame was the perfect size, and the matting really helps the drawing stand out. It's a wall-hang only frame, the backing does not have a stand for table usage (which is fine for me, just want to be sure that buyers are aware.)

The packaging for mine was very protective, it had plenty of bubble wrap and nothing was chipped or broken. I'd definitely buy this again for future artwork!

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar frame that fell and broke. I was unsure what it would be like or the quality. I was pleasantly surprised. The frame is very nice and durable. I also like that it is very easy to open the frame. Some frames have the little metal pieces that you have to pry up to place or remove photos in the frame. This one has the rotating kind that is much easier to work with. I would buy this again!

I purchased this frame as a gift to send my grandparents featuring their new greatgrandson. As a photographer I have high standards for the quality of the frames holding my prints but don't want to spend an unreasonable amount. This frame was beautiful! It's sturdy and sleek and made of a higher quality than I originally thought it would be given the price being so good. After purchasing I came back and purchased two more for my own home. I love this frame!

I just received these frames and am disappointed. The frames look and feel cheap. For the price, however, I expected that, and had they arrived intact, they would have served their purpose for the price and I would have been satisfied. All four of them, however, arrived damaged. All of them were coming apart in at least one corner, and the light colored base wood showed through. It looked terrible. Two of them had significant portions of the veneer chipped off to show large chunks of the light colored base wood. None of them are usable. Maybe with wood glue and some paint, but I'm not sure if even then I could hang them. I believe the damage was from before shipping, as they were packaged with a lot of protective materials. Additionally, the backs don't fit quite right and do not stay in the frame tightly. I was hesitant to buy online and I should not have made this purchase. Now I'm either stuck with the frames, or need to figure out how to ship this massive box back.

This frame seems like it would be beautiful but I wouldn't know. I ordered two of them and the way they were packaged to be shipped was a joke! They were stacked on top of each other in an over sized box with nothing in-between them for protection. Just some brown paper was loosely thrown on top. As a result upon opening the box the bottom frame's glass was shattered everywhere. The broken glass scratched the paint on both of the frames. I can not believe how careless these frames were packaged. This was very disappointing.

Works just like a frame should, and looks great!! Only down side is that the matting is not very thick and it is not cut out in the back for holding pictures. So some non-acidic tape will be required to hold pictures in place.
