The nasal aspirator in this kit is great! I actually love it better than the hospital one. The nasal spray is also great in that it does the job. HOWEVER, my baby hates the spray. He turns his head whenever he sees it coming, tries to push it away and cries when I use it. I decided to try the Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Baby Mist on a whim when I ran out of the spray. It works just as well, and it is gentler. My baby does not cry at all with the mist. I have not tried the Little Noses version of the mist.

After I discovered this it made my kids breathing so much easier. I love the aspirator for several reasons 1- The tip is removable so you can take it of and sanitize and clean it as well as the bulb separate. 2- The tip is clear so you can actually see if you are getting anything out, how much, what color etc. (I know you will obviously see later but it's nice because if your babys nose starts to bleed you can immediately stop) 3- The bulb is softer than most other brands making it so that it will give a little easier, often times other bulbs I would push them and then they wouldn't naturally back out, which means no suck, which makes it pointless. I also like that you can get the bulb with the pack of saline solution for a decent price that way you can replace the bulb pretty regularly. This is an item that I don't like to just keep using the same one over and over again because of what it has been cleaning up.

I'm so glad I had this item on hand when my baby got a cold. If I didn't have this, I would have had to use the giant blue bulb aspirators the hospital gives you. The one in this kit is much nicer, since it is smaller and has a crooked neck. It's really only necessary when baby has a cold, since in normal health babies sneeze to clean their own noses. During a cold, however, it is indispensable.

I bought the saline spray on reccommendation from my pediatrician. If baby is laying down, the saline solution comes out as droplets. You can put a few drops in each side. If baby is sitting up, or you hold them upright, then squeezing the bottle sprays a mist into nose. Both ways work as it should. Just be careful cause squeezing sideways will send a stream of saline out- and you arent going to want to waste it like that.

When I lost my hospital bulb aspirator, I was upset and found NO decent replacement for a LONG time. That was until I found this product. The aspirator works BETTER than the ones at the hospital. When I had baby #2, I didnt even take the blue bulb home from the hospital-- Yes, this one works that much better.

Now I ONLY use this nose aspirator and both daughters and myself all have our own labelled Little Noses saline bottle (there is a place to write the name on the side so you dont cross contaminate). It is indespensible when stuffy. No meds needed, just a few sprays of saline and sometimes the suction when babies cant un-stuff themselves.

This is my baby shower gift item for sure! Inexpensive and VERY useful!

In the pack of four, one of the bottles of Saline was leaking, ruining the packaging and making me hesitant to use that bottle, so I threw it away. Also, for what this is...four small bottles of saline and what seem like cheap nasal aspirators, seems expensive. When I used this on my little one, it didnt seem to work at all.

I was hoping that the nasal aspirator that came with this would work better than the bulb aspirator that I got from the hospital. I really can't get either one to work for me. However the saline spray/drops work well although my little guy doesn't really like it, but it helps to loosen things up in there. I like that it's non-medicated too.

You can't say too much about different saline options, but I have to say that this is the best aspirator I've tried! The tip is quite small for even the tiniest of noses and it works really well. Hard to find!
