BOUGHT A FEW DIFFERENT COLORS OF THESE SWITCHES TO PLACE IN THE FACTORY KNOCK OUTS IN THE DASH OF MY 2012 POLARIS RANGER 800HD. THEY FIT PERFECT AND MAKE THE DASH LOOK LIKE IT CAME THAT WAY. USED FOR POWERING UP OFF ROAD LIGHTS AND SOME INTERIOR LIGHTS THAT I ADDED. THEY HAVE BEEN SPRAYED DOWN AT THE CARWASH AFTER EVERY RIDE AND HAVE NOT STOPPED WORKING YET (1 YEAR OLD).

This rocker switch was purchased for an accessory switch on a 2011 Polaris Ranger. The switch was well packed and fit perfect. Included with the switch was a wiring diagram and I installed the switch in about 2 minutes. I highly recommend this switch for UTV users.

The Rugged Ridge side A-pillar switch pod will work with this switch. Rugged Ridge makes similar switches but I like the shape of these better. The directions that come with the switch are clear and so they are easy to connect. The power for the lamp light comes from the wire going to the relay. There is also one terminal on the back that needs to go to a ground connection. So there are three terminals on the back; Power In, Power Out, Lamp ground. The terminals are standard size and easy to connect terminals to. You will have to get your own terminals and wire; there is no wiring harness for the switches.

The plastic for these switches seems a little light weight but other reviewers have indicated no long-term problems.

FAKE! Not a Daystar switch. I received in a generic bag with what appeared to be a home made label. The actual switch has 4 terminals unlike other "Daystar" switches have only 3. Upon looking at the switch itself, it has a molded name of SOKEN RK1-06 and is a 16A 250VAC switch which does not match the description. Buyer beware. Bought a local Daystar switch and actually does show 20a 12v and has three prongs. It's also slightly more narrow and and has a completely different type mount lock.

Daystar JK Panel: Fits snug, just right. Automatic transmission. Color matches as well. The stamped places for cut outs are easy to excise. INSTALL TIP -> I needed to use a chainsaw file to smooth out the edges/burs of the switch holes for a very clean fit. Would be five stars if came with its own set of clips.

Switches: They toggle corectly, simple, straightforward, rated high enough to hard wire my accesories through them without a relay. The lighted part of the switch works correctly. My $0.02 is to mount the switches with the lighted side down, as the lighted switch can be bright at night.

Bottomline after 6 months of use- I would purchase this again, and I am happy with the panel/switches.

Was expecting a 3 pole switch and got a 4 pole. I was planning on using it on one of my garden tractors for the light switch. But being a 4 pole switch and no instructions came with it I was unable to use it. Also the body is bigger than the hole on the dash of my tractor so I woulod have had to cut out the hole some. I kept it, might be able to use it for something.

I love this freakin button. I have a Dodge Magnum and for my car I needed a special adapter to get my aftermarket audio receiver to turn off when the car turns off. My friend thought of an ingenious idea to get one of these and simply have this switch manually turn on and off my receiver. I gave it a shot and did all of the wiring and boom this thing works like a charm. Now my rig is even better because I can turn off my car and still have the radio going until I flip the switch to turn it off.
Also the rocker is freaking sturdy and not cheap, I don't see this thing breaking anytime soon.

Plus it even matches the color of my car....I highly recommend it
