This stamping polish is faint gold and somewhat thin. It is very sparkly and pretty, but lacks opacity.
Keep in mind it is useful for making layered designs, but you will not be able to stamp out an easy to see design.
I was much happier with it after I added a lot of white Konad stamping polish to it.

This is a waste of money. I thought that this would work well because every other Konad Special polish I have works great but this was a total let down. No matter how much polish or pressure i used the stamp would not show up.

Although the bottle of this polish seems to be more of a metallic yellow than a nice "gold," the color looks better once stamped. It also seems thinner than the other stamping polishes (I have white and black Konad Stamping Polishes), but it shows up nicely over a dark base coat. I have used this gold to stamp over a shimmery red polish (OPI's Affair In Red Square), and it shows up pretty well, but I think it would show up a lot better over a non-shimmery red. This color will probably not be very visible over a light-colored base, because it is a light color itself. I didn't have any trouble picking up the design with the stamper, even though it looks very transparent while on the stamper. But once it was stamped onto my black nails (using Sally Hansen's Hard As Nails Extreme nail lacquer in black), I was very satisfied with the results. This polish will probably show up well on matte nail polishes, so the shimmer of the gold will be more reflective.

Overall this polish looks better once it's stamped than it does in the bottle, but I would have given it 5 stars if it were a little less of a "yellow" gold and just slightly more opaque.

Okay, I ignored the reviews and bought this anyway because I wanted a gold stamping polish and I thought since it was Konad it must be the best. Well, I was wrong. Don't make my mistake. This polish does not stamp opaque, and is too thin and watery to make a good stamping polish. I used an all-over design on black, but when I hold out my hands at arms length I can't even see the design at all.
Also, the polish in the picture is nothing like how it really is; the polish in the picture shows a very *gold* kind of gold, but this is really more of a glittery butter yellow. I don't know if they re-formulated or what, because my bottle is not even the same style as the one shown in the image on the product page. In any event, don't buy this polish! Find a good OPI or Essy gold to try; this one's not worth it.

I didn't feel this was any better than any other gold polish and it doesn't do as well as some regular polishes like essie good as gold or even the kleancolor metallics so if you just want a polish "made for stamping" I suppose this is will do but I had some real issues getting it to pick up on finer lined designs. I wouldn't recommend or buy again

This almost fades into whatever color is painted on your nails. I thought because it was made by Konad it would be good for stamping. It was not. I have regular gold polishes that work much better.
