this stamp pad is very fuzzy and when you spray your cleaner on the pad and rub the stamp over it you will find a lot of lint on the stamp... Not the best I have every used.

The pad is terrible. Every time I scrub my stamps on it, all the hair/fuzz from the pad comes off on my stamp. Then I have to clean it all over again on a damp rag. I have contacted Hero Arts 2 weeks ago but there has been no reply. I cannot believe it. This thing us terrible. I thought for sure that the company would have some advice but I guess not.

Wish I had seen the reviews of this before I ordered it. Even after vacuuming the pads on each side, lint still came off. One of the pads wasn't even glued down!

I would have to agree, not what I was expecting. I was hoping to be able to replace using paper towels or tea towels.

However, Hero Arts cards and envelopes are really good.

While this is a nice pad. It tends to make my clear stamps look dull after use. The hairs also get stuck on the stamps in the beginning but taking the pad out and washing it with Luke warm water and soap should help.

Best - Thing - Ever!! My stamps have never been so clean! Super easy to use and small to store. The cleaner has a bit of a funky fimly touch if you get it on your hands, but I just be more careful not to get it on my hands. LOVE IT!!
