I'm an orange marmalade freak. I read labels and try everything, looking for the best, and this is it. At least if you really like the bitterness of the orange peel to come through the sweetness. Few if any marmalades actually have oranges as their first listed ingredient. This one does. Most are too sweet, with little of the balancing bitterness that makes orange marmalade special, and many are too runny. This one's thick and chewy. Maybe it's not for everyone's taste, but for me it's heaven. But so hard to find in stores! Even my specialty grocery isn't carrying it any more. St. Dalfour needs to get its product representatives out there!

Good stuff. I was looking for some tart marmalade, and this is the product. Quite tasty on bagels, English muffins and fresh bread. Price is most reasonable as well.
