I feel I need to share this info with those of you that suffer from chronic sinus problems like myself. I am very blocked up at night and have to take those gosh darn steroid inhalers in order to get any rest. if I don't take them I'm up all night. Well I'm ordering the neti pot and will see how it works ( should arrive soon). Anyway in the meantime I picked this up at Safeway just to try it out. I was sure it would do nothing but omg it works. I took some before bed last night I wasn''t stuffed up at all and I slept like a cat! Didn't want to say like a baby since mine never slept that well ;)
Anyway give it a try. The reason I gave it four stars is because the ingredients are a bit of a mystery and I've only been using it 24 hours.

When it gets cold, the furnace kicks on, and the air dries out. So do my sinuses. (I've had sinus surgery; my sinuses are EVIL - they get dry & very uncomfortable.) I've used other Similisan products, and decided to try this spray to moisturize my nasal passages. IT WORKS.
I'm sure there's some medical explanation; I don't care. I use the Similisan Sinus Relief Spray before I go to bed. I breathe easier, and my husband says I snore much less. We were BOTH distressed when the bottle ran out! So I'm getting some more. It Really Does Work.

Update - I managed to lose about 43lbs, so I hardly snore with the Similisan. It is jus such a great product.

While using this I got more phlegm in my throat and my sinuses got inflamed which led to puffiness. When I stopped using this product the phlegm went away. It's not at all what I expected based on the reviews I read here. I don't know if it helped relieve my allergies or not. I was too preoccupied with the side effects.

Similasan's Ear ache relief worked very well for us, and saved us a lot of sleepless nights. The sinus relief worked less well for my son, I found another homeopathic concoction that seems to be clearing his nose faster. But homeopathic remedies affect everyone differently, depending on our specific constitution. So I still think this is very much worth a try for everyone who is looking for sinus relief.

I was using a perscription which seemed to make my post nasal drip worse. I forgot that I had this product in my stock pile of items I get free at the drug store. I opened my passages up enough that I was able to get to sleep. Still have that never ending lump in the throat but it has only been a day...at least I can breathe!
