I don't have too much to say about the fan. It has the nice clean lines and finish appropriate for a modern decor. Installation instructions were well written and complete, and the hardware is well built.

The manufacturer includes a 4-speed Decora-compatible switch in the box (4 true speeds, not counting off), which is a nice touch, except that the switch is not as high quality as the fan itself. It feels like solid construction, but cheap at the same time. It is well marked with the five switch positions, but then the markings are not subtle. The manufacturer has also printed its logo on the switch, so it really stands out next to your other plain white switches.

The switch wires are aluminum, which normally shouldn't be used with copper house wiring unless specifically rated for the mix. I found no such ratings on the switch. I was also in the unfortunate position of having the fan on the same circuit as my home theater system, and moving the switch between settings would produce a loud POP from the sub when both were powered on. This only raised further concerns about the switch.

I recently replaced the manufacturer's switch with this three-speed switch and while there is still a pop when turning the fan on/off (though not nearly as loud) this new switch allows me to change fan speeds without further audio disruptions.

I recommend the fan, but spend the money and get a better switch.

Very nice fan. However the switch lever broke very quickly. I contacted the company and sent in the required information and have not heard anything for over a month. Disappointed in that and hope the switch is all that fails quickly.

Sleek, contemporary design. High quality. The fan runs smoothly and is completely silent. We have gotten many compliments on this fan. We have it in our living room, and I was unsure if this 3-blade fan would work well in a big room. But I was wrong - it circulates air well in our large living room. In fact, we rarely need to run it faster than the second to lowest speed (there are 4 speeds total). A clean, stylish, and very functional fan.

This is our second purchase of this fan; we previously purchased it for our master bedroom and now we have purchased it for a second bedroom. The fan has a contemporary look and comes with a 4-speed wall control. Installation was relatively easy and the fan quickly cools a room. We use it in conjunction with central air and because it is so effective we can set the thermostat up a couple of degrees. Overall, that saves energy and costs us less in our electric bill. We are very happy with this product.

Great fans, junk switches. We got a couple of upgraded switches and didn't bother with the ones that came with the unit, based on other reviews. Super easy to set up & install. Love the contemporary look. They are quiet and move air well ... a huge improvement over the gaudy, outdated units we had before, and good value for infrequent use.

The fan is absolutely beautiful. However, it does not move a lot of air. I ordered a Zonix for my home office and an Emerson Loft for my living room. The Loft moves a ton of air and make the 19' x 17' living room very comfortable. The study where the Zonix was installed was 19' x 9' and the Zonix was adequate at best for airflow. I uninstalled and returned the Zonix for another Emerson Loft.

Looks ultra modern in our contemporary home. Exactly what we needed. Install was straight forward. Construction seems solid. Sharp looking. Works great and can move a lot of air in our great room. Only negative is that the switch it comes with is a little clunky looking/feeling. I replaced it with a more modern one from Lowes and am super happy overall.
