this product worked for me. im 34 workout 4 times a week. if you get into the whole boost your test/libido thing then youd probably like this. i was buying hgw and tribulus and maca all separate, taking 6 pills a day. this is all you need. perfect dosages. if u take this just for erections, i say it works. if youre taking this cause u think youre gonna lift heavier at the gym cause it boosted youre test, im kinda 50/50 with that. i do not notice any differences in my workouts. but being that when i take this, i can get moodier and i definitely feel like its boosted my libido. i feel it has boosted my test, which is good for the gym. but thats up to u. good supplement

Okay so for the normal stuff you want to know. The bottle arrives exactly as pictured. There's 60 pills, 2 a day for a 30 day supply. The pills are a little bit bigger than say like a liquid DayQuil capsule. Clear coating, green organic/powder inside. They smell potent. But seriously, these pills could smell like the bottom of a chum bucket and I would still happily take them routinely.

Now for the surprise you're waiting for. I'm female. Yeah, I know, crazy right. Not really. My boyfriend and I were having serious relationship troubles, because well (to put it bluntly) we weren't getting down and dirty enough. My libido was just GONE. I have no idea why. I am a healthy 20 year old female. 140 pounds, about 5'6. Regardless of the reasons, I just wasn't in the mood. Ever.

I did my research, because seriously the lack of intimacy and what not was driving a huge wedge between us. So I bit the bullet, and decided to change that. But I didn't want to force myself, so I found these pills. Figured maybe these would get me a little bit in the mood, and we would figure out the rest.

Boy was I wrong.

I got the package in a timely manner and immediately took 2 per the package instructions. I waited for about 2 hours, to no avail. I felt no different. This seriously bummed me out, and we went to bed.

I woke up feeling great (these have helped with my sleep too!) and seriously, if you've never heard the term lady boner, look it up. I practically pounced on my partner. Im a 43 year old healthy male. Started experiencing what felt like issues with low T. I started taking DHEA 25mg x2 a day which helped with a general sense of well being. However, it wasn't until I started on the HGW that I noticed improvement in libido. In researching HGW I noticed most companies advise taking 60% standardized Icariin. Great American Health Products (DOCTOR'S A-Z) states to take 2 capsules a day w/ water or 3 capsules 60-90 minutes before activity. Each capsule is 10% Icariin. I've never taken more than one at a time, but even with one, I'm ready to go after about 30 minutes. Also helps with sustaining the erection.

I bought this supplement because I have read good things about it. I have used the entire bottle and I can say I enjoyed the effects of this product.
What I experienced was if I took 2 capsules an hour or 2 before activity, than my pleasure would increase very much so.
I would definitely recommend this product if you have issues in the bedroom :)
They didn't give me any weird side effects. I found they work best when taken on an empty stomach. I will see if I can find them cheaper somewhere else before purchasing again from here though.

I found this supplement to be very, very effective, and I think that a lot of the negative reviews stem from people not understanding how herbal supplements really work. (Herbs are not 'magic' so if you are expecting an automatic 4-hour erection or a pill that instantly doubles the size of your phallus then you will be disappointed!) As with other herbs, you need to do your research and know the realistic benefits, the risks and side effects, etc. For starters, bear in mind that this is a stimulant and not something you necessarily want to mix with medications or cocaine or something.

I am in my 30's and while I do not have severe ED or anything, like most men over 30 with a wife, kids, and busy career I often suffer from low testosterone and decreased libido. Exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management are crucial. However, I have found that herbal supplements like Horny Goat Weed have given me a boost. I take two capsules every morning along with my other herbs. On weekends I take 3 capsules an hour or two before sex. I noticed a lot of increased blood flow within a few days, even when in "off" mode :)

Again, do your research, and be wary of long-term use of these herbs. I am on a rotation where I take this stuff until the bottle runs out, then I take Yohimbine HCL until that bottle runs out, then I take American and Korean Ginseng until those run out. I also plan to make "sex coffee" this winter. Changing things up keeps the herbs effective and is better for you.
