Directions

Pour contents of one pouch in 6 to 8 oz. of hot water. Stir with a fork until completely dissolved. Wait 2 minutes.

Good flavor, easy to make. I like it for work. I do admit after 3 boxes I got tired of it and it isn't my favorite anymore but that is a me thing. Nothing wrong with the product. It has a pretty conventional dry beef veggie flavor (like cup of soup dry mix). You have to leave the soup to "steep" for a while or the "noodles" are very crunchy.

Up until I got the Protidiet products I was on Ideal Protein. They are more expensive with less choices.
I was stuck with this yukky chicken soup or mushroom. But the day I tore open a packet of this soup....WOW.
Way better. I fill a coffee mug half full of water and stir this in. It makes lunch a dream. Tastes as good an any lipton packet.
Even has little noodles floating in it. Im not sure if they are real noodles but they sure make my mind think they are.

This product is just okay. It has the same "fake" taste that most brand name powdered soups have. In addition, it develops some sort of a sediment that settles at the bottom of the bowl before you finish eating it. I wanted to like this product, but I just didn't.

I like this soup to mix a variety of soup. It has noodles so it mentally and visually makes me happy. It could use a little more Beef tang yet maybe so far I add too much water to make a bigger cup of soup. All good nutrition like the other types I have in the mix of this brand.

I hate dieting. I love products that trick me into do it. This product is a great example of that sneaky approach. Mix some hot water with a packet, sip it down and go about the day. The soup keeps me full, adds protein to my diet and is nice and convenient to take along almost anywhere (I take them on international trips too). The only downside is the hefty sodium included in every pack. I wouldn't do this more than one meal a day and make sure you're drinking a lot of water...unless you really like "cankles".
