The kit provides new o-rings to replace o-rings that have been degraded by contact with ethanol.

I had a problem of erratic idle mixture with my DR350, you'd set it, it would be ok for a while, the next day it would be out of whack again. I found the idle mixture screw o-ring flat as a pancake, the idle circuit fuel supply o-ring as hard as a rock and not sealing to the carb body, and the float needle valve seat o-ring shrunk so much that the seat would fall out of the carb body when the float was removed.
With new orings the fit is tight, and the erratic idle changes have stopped.

The kit fits more bikes than what are listed on the Amazon page. It's best to go to K&L and check their site for what fits your bike first.
